What is Reiki?
Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The idea is that a Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch -- or places their hands just above your body -- to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. A Japanese man named Mikao Usui developed reiki in the 1920s. The term comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a life force of energy.

What does Reiki healing do?
Reiki healing treatments restore balance, increase overall well being, induce relaxation, speed healing, relieve pain, clear toxins, assist meditation, increase intuition and more.

How does Reiki healing feel?
Reiki healing sessions may feel warm, tingly, and intensely relaxing. Most people report feelings of absolute relaxation, peaceful bliss, colors, tingles, or heat. Stress dissolves, pain releases, emotions become lighter. Optimism increases, and you experience a deep sense of well-being.

                                                             Reiki Healings can be delivered in two ways:
Direct Healing (In Person)
Distance Healing (sent to a person at another location) Distance Healing can be sent to the recipient in 3 way.
Preset- sending Reiki now to be set for a predetermined date/time in the future
Queued- sending Reiki ahead of time with direction of it being received when the recipient desires or is ready to receive it.

                                                                                  Practical Reiki Healings
Offer an overall healing with attention on specific areas of concern. Reiki is Japanese for “guided (by intention)-Chi” (life force). A combination of Traditional Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki guided through grounded intention. Clients will be seated in a Gravity Chair. We will begin with a brief consultation to discuss what is offered . Once in a comfortable position, meditation music & Crystals will be use  around the client to begin to break up “sludge” in the aura. Crystals will be placed along the chakra energy centers  and under the chair for the duration of the healing. If a sitting position is chosen, crystals for the specific healing intention will be placed in the hands. At that point  I  will activate the healing Reiki energy and guide it with hand motions, hovering over the body, above the head, over the shoulders and in center of chest and back.

                                                                                   Reiki Distance Healing
You can receive Reiki from the comfort of your home! Distance healing is equally as effective as in person.  If you wish to request healing for any condition, issue, or goal. Once you put your request through, I will send your Reiki session and email you complete instructions on how to easily receive your healing energy. Only relaxation and quiet awareness are needed to receive a Reiki healing – meditation and/or intense concentration are not necessary.
